Dr. Kavitha Pandya was born and raised in South Carolina. She completed her undergraduate education at Duke University, Where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.
She attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her internship and radiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
She then completed a Body MRI fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Pandya has an interest in all aspects of body imaging, including ultrasound, CT, and MRI, as well as oncological imaging.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, an oncologist, and their young son.
