Dr. Salehi is essentially a native Houstonian, having grown up here since the age of 5. He attended Duke University in Durham, NC for his undergraduate education, graduating in 2005.
He completed medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC in 2010. After medical school, he completed his surgical internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY.
Dr. Salehi then returned to Texas to complete his Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston. He then completed a fellowship in Body Imaging at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Dr. Salehi has special interest in oncologic imaging including prostate MRI. Outside of work, Dr. Salehi enjoys playing basketball, cycling, and traveling. He is also an avid fan of his Duke Blue Devils.”
